On June 6, 2015 the Lodi JACL Templars played at Zupo Field celebrating their 100th Season. The team is part of the Northern California Japanese American Baseball League and 2015 CA State AA Champions.
I’ve photographed many seasons of Lodi and Tokay High games at Zupo Field. This game was just as exciting. The only difference was the middle-aged men moved a little slower and limped a little longer after each great play.
As their photographer that day, it was a pleasure to capture the enthusiasm and help to honor several of their elder players.
