Citizens Speak Out on Money Issues

Two resolutions were considered last night by the City Council  … adoption of a lease agreement with Lodi Health for operation of the Hutchins Day Care Program (9 minutes) and the distribution of money tied to the Community Development Block Grant Program (95 minutes).  Both members of the community and Council voiced their concerns on these topics.
